The Myron C. Warshauer Development Company, Inc. was formed in 1981 to act as co-developer of the 203 North LaSalle Office Building, a 535,000 square foot Skidmore Owings & Merrill designed property that includes a 1,200 space public parking facility. The facility's brightness, graphics program and patent-winning Musical Floor Reminder System won world-wide recognition and revolutionized the parking customer's experience.

Mr. Warshauer previously owned and served as the President and CEO of Standard Parking Corporation, whose mission is the management of parking facilities. While at Standard Parking, he created the Ambiance in Parking ® program, which encompasses a variety of amenities to improve the parking experience. At the time Mr. Warshauer retired from Standard Parking, it managed more than 1,900 parking facilities in over 250 cities, generating parking revenues in excess of $1.5 billion.

The Myron C. Warshauer Development Company, Inc. was formed to act as a separate owner and developer of parking facilities. Facilities with which Mr. Warshauer has been associated have won awards from the International Parking Institute for design excellence eleven times since 1985. In 2011, the new Greenway Self Park in Chicago won two Awards of Excellence; one for Architectural Achievement and the other for Best Design for a Parking Facility with fewer than 800 Spaces.

Mr. Warshauer received his MBA from Northwestern University and his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois.
